Questions about AI for business

How much does an AI project cost in Andorra?

An audit starts at 1,500 EUR, a pilot with real data at 4,500 EUR and a production system at 12,000 EUR, before IGI. The price depends on data quality, the number of systems to connect and security requirements. We give a fixed quote after the audit.

Is our data safe if we use AI?

We design every system to comply with Llei 29/2021 on personal data protection. We can use models hosted in the EU with contracts that forbid training on your data, or run open models on your own servers so data never leaves the company.

Do we need a lot of data to start?

No. Most assistants work with the documents you already have: manuals, contracts, emails, past answers. Forecasting models need history, usually one or two years of sales or bookings. The audit tells you what is usable.

How long until we see results?

A pilot takes three to six weeks and runs on real work, so you see the time saved before deciding on the full project. A production system usually takes one to three months.

Can you work with our current software?

Yes. We connect to common tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Odoo, Holded and Sage, and to any system with an API or a database we can read. If a tool has no API, we look for a safe export.
